Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Review and gain insight into the widespread impact of musculoskeletal injuries on surgeons, and describe how these injuries affect both personal well-being and surgical performance.
  2. Apply actionable strategies to prevent musculoskeletal injuries, including practical tips for improving posture, ergonomics, and overall health both in and out of the operating room.

Grand Rounds is fee-free. Enrollment in the series is required to obtain credit.
