The Virginia Mason CME Portal is an independent site and does not recognize your VMFH network password - contact the CME department for assistance with lock-outs.

Unable to Submit an Evaluation? Some users have reported being unable to submit their evaluation and claimed hours. First, please ensure you are using a supported browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you are accessing the site using a smart device (phone or tablet) the "Submit" button may appear at the top of the page. (Sorry, we agree it is not intuitive.)

If you are new to our site, by setting up your Profile you can quickly and easily:

View and print your Transcript
Update your contact information
Receive e-mail notifications from Virginia Mason on upcoming courses and surveys.
For the best experience, create your account and login when you visit. Click on Sign In in the upper left corner of the blue navigation bar to enter your email and password; your name will appear in the upper right corner when you are logged in. Your email address is your unique account ID. If you create multiple accounts with different email addresses, contact the CME department and we merge these accounts so all of your credit history appears on a single transcript.

Supported Browsers: Please use supported browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge to access and manage your account on this site.

Retrieving Your Login Information
If you cannot remember your login information or password, use the “Forgot Your Login?” section of the login panel. Enter your email address and click the Retrieve Login button. If you have an account in the system using that email address, you will get an email with your account information. Be sure to check your Spam or Trash folders if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

If you still have trouble with your password, note the following:

  1. Passwords are case sensitive
  2. If you are using "cut and paste" on a Windows PC, the "smart" cut and paste feature may be adding a space at the end. Please try entering your password manually.

Update Your Profile or Email address

To update your contact information, including your email address, simply click the “Profile” link on the left. A form will load and it will preload all of the existing data for your account. Make any changes needed and click “Submit” at the bottom of the form to save your data.
TIP: use the Assistant fields to automatically have a copy of your registration sent to your assistant, or to your alternative email address.

Viewing Event Details and Registering
You may register for events directly through the portal. Click the activity of interest to view full details, including the Register button. There are multiple screens to confirm your profile, select the product, payment and complete the registration. After you have successfully registered you will see a confirmation letter.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made for a fee of $25 if written notice of cancellation is received at least 3 calendar days prior to the activity.
In the rare event that circumstances require us to cancel an event, your paid registration will be fully refunded.
Faculty
If you are a faculty member, you must log in to see the “Faculty” button in the navigation bar, which takes you to your assigned tasks.
