Objectives

  1. Recognize atrial fibrillation related extracerebral thromboembolism.
  2. Review the terminology used to describe the option of forgoing kidney replacement therapy.
  3. Describe the benefits, risks and best-practice guidance for prescribing generic equivalents of brand name anti-obesity medications.
  4. Review the forms of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS).
